Never underestimate the value of a volunteer! If you cannot volunteer, know that your membership fees help feed our volunteers and make other Olympic Discovery Trail investments possible.

There are many ways to donate time to the ODT. Check out the opportunities below, or create your own opportunity by making a suggestion or volunteering a special skill.

Second Saturdays:

On the Second Saturday of most months the Peninsula Trails Coalition hosts a volunteer work party, usually performing needed maintenance on the trail. Work could be done for the City of Port Angeles, City of Sequim, or for Clallam County. Work parties vary in length, but lunch is always provided to volunteers who RSVP.

To find out more:

  • Use the Contact Us form and select Work Parties, so your email routes to our Coordinator
  • Call Carrie Kalina, 360-681-0420.
  • When a work party has been planned, you can check for details in the Downloads link that will appear near the top of this page.

Peninsula Trails Coalition Board:

Interested in joining our Board? The Board meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, and meetings alternate between Sequim and Port Angeles. Contact Chuck Preble, 360-683-4549, or use our Contact Us form to send a General Inquiry.
